🔄 Changes, Withdrawals, Refunds
Requests: All requests (including withdrawal) must be made at bayareachess.com/request.
Changes (includes: change of date/rescheduling, player, etc.)

After tournament has started: No rescheduling or refund
Withdrawals (partial refund):
By March 20th: $7 + 4% processing fee deducted
After March 20th: $20 or 50% (whichever is lower) + 4% processing fee deducted
After tournament has started: No refund
ℹ️ Additional Tournament Information
Boards and pieces provided.
Notation: Mandatory. Please bring a pen/pencil to record your games.
Clocks: Optional. You may bring your own. Please know how to set your clock to G/60 d5.
The TDs may place a clock on any game that is not progressing on schedule.
Only water is allowed (no outside food or drinks).
Only players are allowed in the playing area. Spectators will be directed to leave when games are ready to start.
