Entry Fee: $49

Online late fee: +$15 (may start on March 21th or when reaching capacity)

🔄 Changes, Withdrawals, Refunds
Requests: All requests (including withdrawal) must be made at bayareachess.com/request.

After tournament has started: No rescheduling or refund
Withdrawals (partial refund):
By March 20th: $7 + 7% processing fee deducted
After March 20th: $20 or 50% (whichever is lower) + 7% processing fee deducted
After tournament has started: No refund
ℹ️ Additional Information
Boards and pieces are provided.
Notation: Not required, but encouraged.
Clocks: Optional. You may bring your own. Please know how to set your clock to G/25 d5.
Only water is allowed (no outside food or drinks).
Only players are allowed in the playing area; spectators will be asked to wait outside the playing room when games are ready to start.
