Requests: All requests (including withdrawal) must be made at bayareachess.com/request.

After tournament has started: No rescheduling or refund
Withdrawals (partial refund):
By April 3rd: $7 + 7% processing fee deducted
After April 3rd: $20 or 50% (whichever is lower) + 7% processing fee deducted
After tournament has started: No refund

Boards and pieces provided.
Notation: Mandatory. Please bring a pen/pencil to record your games.
Clocks: Optional. You may bring your own. Please know how to set your clock to G/60 d5.
The TDs may place a clock on any game that is not progressing on schedule.
Only water is allowed (no outside food or drinks).
